Alaska Enfranchise Facilities, Inc., received its non-profit corporation status in 1991.  Its purpose is to develop facilties for the elderly and to promote related services.

    The Board of Directors works with Manor Management of Alaska, Inc. (MMA) on the development and operation of its current facilities as well as future projects. MMA was formed specifically to provide management and consulting on housing and related services to seniors in Alaska.
